A Gamani Corea Memorial Lecture by the Gamani Corea Foundation to be held on Thursday, 12th November 2015 at the BMICH, Colombo has been postponed. The postponement is in the context of the day being declared a day of national mourning by the government, on account of the demise of the late Ven. Maduluwawe Sobitha Thero.
The lecture was to be on 'Enriching replique montre de luxe and Accelerating Higher Education Development in Sri Lanka' by Dr. Harsha Aturupane, Lead Education Specialist, The World Bank.
