NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on Sunday the 27?th October 2019
at 11.00 a.m. at the Orient Club, No. 1 Rajakeeya Mawatha, Colombo 7.
A G E N D A
01. The Annual General Meeting is called to order.
02. Prayer prior to commencing the proceedings of the AGM.
03. Read the Notice convening the AGM if not resolved to be taken as read.
04. Obituaries and observance of two minutes silence in memory of those who have parted from this earth.
05. Adoption of the minutes of the AGM held on 29th September, 2018.
06. Business arising out of the minutes.
07. Address by Mrs. Lilani Corea Dharmaratne - President of the ECFU
08. Adoption of the Secretary's Annual Report for 2019/2020.
09. Adoption of the Treasurer's Report - Annual Accounts for 2019/2020.
10. Announcements/Introduction of the younger generation.
11. Any other business of which due notice has been given.
12. Election of Office bearers and Executive Committee for 2019/2020.
